What it is
Sesame in the northern provinces is sown October to December and harvested around February to April, so the crop we contract against is the 2027 crop, shipment from Q2 2027. Sesame trades forward, not out of a warehouse of ours, and that is how it is presented here. The forward book is open and it clears the same analytical bar as the chia before a lot is offered — same labs, same panel, same report.
How it is proven
Every lot is analysed before it is offered, not after it is claimed. The residue panel runs at Primoris in Belgium — multiresidue plus the polars, LC-MS/MS on the QuPPe polar method, ISO/IEC 17025. Heavy metals, microbiology, purity and moisture run alongside it at accredited European laboratories. We report the figure on each analyte you list, not a pass. The analytical file travels with the cargo.
