The process

Four steps. The analysis comes first.

    Send your pesticide list and purity floor

    Whatever the material has to clear — EU MRLs, a private list stricter than the EU, a purity floor. Text, spreadsheet or PDF; we take it as it is.

  2. 02

    We run it as analytes and return a pass/fail on every line

    Your list is held as structured analytes and matched against the lot result — line by line, against current EU MRLs, US tolerances or your private list, updated as they change.

  3. 03

    We draw your sample from the allocated lot

    Once destination and volume are confirmed we allocate a lot and draw the sample from it under our sampling protocol — so what you assess and what you receive are the same material. Sample free of charge, courier at your account.

  4. 04

    We come back with an offer

    You see the analysis before anything is committed and before a container is booked.

What protects you

The first container is the risky one. Here is where the risk sits.

You don’t prepay

Cash against documents. You pay against the shipping documents, not against a promise. LC negotiable if your bank prefers it.

You see the analysis first

The lot’s result against your list, line by line, before the container is booked. A flagged line is a lot we don’t offer you — not a claim you file later.

You test the same material

Once your lot is allocated, the sample is drawn from that lot under our sampling protocol — so what your QA assesses and what ships are the same material, not a lookalike. A sealed counter-sample is retained for 24 months against any dispute.

One counterparty

We buy and take title. Plant to vessel, the lot and the paperwork are ours to answer for — not a broker forwarding a problem.

Straight answers

What buyers ask before the first container.

You’re a new brand. Why would we take the risk on a first container?
The brand is new; the desk is not. Our founding partners run YAD Logística — nearly forty years of Argentine export, import, customs and regulation. And the first step carries no risk to price: you send the pesticide list and purity floor, we run it as analytes and return a pass/fail on every line. Nothing is committed until you have seen that.
Do you hold organic certification?
No. We are a conventional origin merchant. The producer holds FSSC 22000, Kosher, Halal, OIA and NOP — those are the producer’s certifications, released with the lab report and samples. We do not present them as ours, and we do not call our material organic.
Is the sesame available now?
No. Sesame trades forward here: we contract against the 2027 crop, shipment from Q2 2027. Chia is the position we hold — 500+ MT, shipping from 1 September 2026, FOB Buenos Aires. We do not list a position we are not holding.
Which residues do you actually run?
A standard multiresidue panel plus the polars — glyphosate, AMPA, paraquat, diquat and phosphonic acid — at Primoris in Belgium, LC-MS/MS on the QuPPe polar method. Heavy metals, microbiology, purity and moisture at GBA in Hamburg. Three to five days. We report the figure on each analyte, not a pass.
Whose limits do you match the result against?
Yours. Current EU MRLs, US tolerances, or your buyer’s private list, held as structured data and updated as those limits change. Send the list and it is matched line by line against the lot.
Our internal list is stricter than the EU. Is that a problem?
That is the normal case, and it is the reason the matcher exists. A private list stricter than the EU is held as analytes like any other standard. The demonstration on the capabilities page shows exactly that: a residue the EU limit lets through, flagged by a private list.
What if a lot cannot meet our list?
Then you know before a container is booked. A flagged line means a lot we do not offer you — not a claim you file after discharge. That is the whole reason the analysis runs before the offer rather than after it.
What is the minimum?
One container — 26 MT, FOB Buenos Aires, cash against documents.
What does the first exchange actually cost us?
The spec run is free and there is no obligation — send the list, we run it against a real lot and return the per-line result. If it clears and you tell us destination and volume, we allocate a lot and draw the sample from that lot under our sampling protocol: sample free of charge, courier at your account. Price comes up once you tell us the level you are targeting.
